This week is Learning at Work Week 2025 (12-18 May). At HSM, we constantly prioritise our employees’ Continuing Professional Development, and support our staff to undertake whatever training they need for their role, or have an interest in pursuing.

Shortlisted for award at Portsmouth Business Awards

We are pleased to announce that we were shortlisted for the Manufacturing & Engineering Company of the Year Award at the Portsmouth Business Awards, which took place at Portsmouth Guildhall on Thursday 27th March.

Celebrating apprenticeship success

HSM apprentice Xavier Cook is celebrating his success after passing his EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations. Xavier undertook his End Point Assessment in January and passed with flying colours.

Apprenticeship Week 2025

This week is National Apprenticeship Week 2025 (10-16 February). HSM has been committed to apprenticeship training for many years, and we have an extensive apprenticeship provision in place.
