Call-off Order Agreements
For repeat customers, we’re happy to enter into a Call-off Order Agreement, whereby we’ll commit to holding a certain amount of stock on our shelves that the customer can request at any time, and when the levels get down to a certain level, we’ll manufacture more to replenish the stock. This means that customers are able to have a continuous supply of the components they use repeatedly, and will never lose time waiting for parts to be manufactured.
In-House Iridite Processing
At HSM, we’re one of the few manufacturers that offers Iridite processing in-house. This chemical process is used to apply a corrosion-resistant coating to aluminium parts, which is essential for components exposed to harsh environments, such as those found in the health and safety sector. By controlling this process internally, we can guarantee the quality and longevity of the coatings applied, ensuring that the products are effective and durable.
